Hanging lights yourself means a cold weekend on a ladder, a box of strands where half the bulbs are out, and doing it all again backwards after New Year's. Our Christmas light hanging service takes all of that off your plate.

How Christmas Light Installation Works
What's Included
We specialize in clean, straight roofline lighting. We don't wrap trees or bushes or hang garland. That focus is how we keep every house looking sharp and the price fair.
Want Lights That Never Come Down?
If you'd rather have lighting that stays up year-round and changes color from your phone, see our permanent LED lighting. Not sure which is right for you? Read what Christmas light installation costs vs. permanent lights.
Lights look best on a clean house. Ask about a house wash or gutter cleaning before your install. Thinking about gutter guards? We can do those first and plan the clips around them.

Christmas Light Installation FAQ
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Our C9 roofline installation is $6.75 per foot on single-story rooflines and $8.75 per foot on second-story rooflines, peaks, and dormers, with a $395 minimum per home. That includes the lights, wire, clips, timer, installation, January takedown, and storage.
Do you take the Christmas lights down?
Yes. January takedown is included. We label your custom-cut set and store it until next season.
How much is it the second year?
Returning customers pay half the first-year price. Your lights are already cut to fit your home, so reinstall is faster for us and cheaper for you.
When should I book Christmas light installation?
October or early November. Install dates are first come, first served and fill up before Thanksgiving. A 50% deposit holds your date.
Will the clips damage my shingles or gutters?
No. We don't use nails, staples, or screws. The clips are made to hold on shingles or the gutter edge and come off clean at takedown.
Can I see what my house will look like first?
Yes. We take a photo of your home and build a mockup of it lit up in the colors you pick, with the price right on the picture, before you book.
Do you wrap trees or hang wreaths?
We specialize in clean, straight roofline lighting with C9 bulbs. We don't wrap trees or bushes or hang garland, which is how we keep every house sharp and the price fair.
Do you hang Christmas lights in Martinsville and Danville, VA?
Yes. Martinsville, Ridgeway, Bassett and Danville are on our regular routes from Eden, NC, and there's no travel fee. Same pricing, same January takedown and storage.
Can you hang Christmas lights if I have gutter guards?
Yes. We use clips that work with most gutter guards and shingles. If you're getting guards from us, we install them first and plan the lights around them.
